Bettendorf plans to open its new ice rink Dec. 15. The Landing Ice Rink, at the corner of Middle Road and 23rd Street, is about 40% larger than the temporary ice rink set up and torn down by the city every winter in the parking lot of Splash Landing from 2015 to 2022.
