Ludhiana: Municipal Corporation (MC) commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal on Friday held an open-house session for grievance redressal of the employees working under MC Zone A and B. A total of 26 employees raised their concerns at the meet held in the MC Zone D office. Employees’ issues pertained to delay in increments (step-up) and non-rationalisation of staff in certain areas.
