Online VAT services to remain suspended for 96hrs

National Board of Revenue (NBR) on Monday all online VAT services, including the Integrated VAT Administration System (IVAS), will remain suspended for 96 hours due to a network migration. It said that the suspension will commence at 7AM on December 19 and will continue till December 23. Taxpayers will be unable to access services such as online tax payment, e-payment, and tax calculations on sales during the stipulated time period. The NBR has also urged all taxpayers, VAT officials and stakeholders to complete any urgent tasks either before or after the downtime.NY
