OnePlus is not launching a foldable in 2025 but it does have plans to introduce a compact flagship model in the market called the OnePlus 13T OnePlus 13T launch is confirmed for April even though the company has not shared the launch date as of this week. OnePlus has been in the news for a compact flagship model in the 13 series and it seems the 13T will be its Mini avatar model in some markets this year. The new post on Weibo this week confirms the April launch for the OnePlus 13T with the box of the model and nothing else revealed so far.
However, OnePlus has confirmed the 13T moniker for this device which fits into the earlier rumours about a compact phone from the brand. OnePlus 13T Launch Soon: Will It Come To India? According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the device is rumored to feature a 6.3-inch display and a powerful 6,200mAh battery, supported by 80W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
This means the 13T could have a bigger battery than the original OnePlus 13. People in countries like India would be eager to know that the OnePlus 13T is likely to launch as “OnePlus 13 Mini" in select markets. Earlier leaks suggest it will pack the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset but we could see it powered by the 8 Gen 3 version instead.
The phone is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup, headlined by a 50MP primary sensor. Additionally, OnePlus may swap the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor from its flagship to an optical fingerprint sensor for the 13T version. Considering the OnePlus 13 was launched at Rs 69,999 for the base 12GB RAM + 256GB model, we can hope the new Mini variant sits between the 13 and 13R variants for around Rs 50,000 when it launches later this month.
