OnePlus is going to launch the 13T smartphone soon and this device will have a feature that is not present in other devices of the company. The OnePlus 13T is expected to replace the Alert Slider with a smart button. This smart button will be customisable for various functions.
This feature is something that was asked by the fans earlier. As the OnePlus 13T’s smart button replaces the alert slider, it will be the first device of the company to do so.President of OnePlus China, Li Jie has shared an image on Weibo and it shows the smart button.
“OnePlus 13T is not only a ‘small and powerful’ small-screen big devil but also a ‘small and beautiful’ small straight screen,” mentioned his comment.Li Jie also stressed that, the company surveyed many small-screen users and the most liked feature was small size and straight screen. OnePlus 13T adopts a pure straight screen design and packs a lot of details in them.
He also mentioned that apart from supporting silent/vibration/ringing switching, the new smart button will also facilitate easy switch between options in a series of operations. The button also incorporates a very interesting function which will be introduced later.Previously, the device was seen on AnTuTu with a model code PKX110.
It was also revealed that it will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and will run Android 15 OS. The device will offer 16GB of LPDDR5X and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
It is expected that there will be more RAM and Storage options for the customers to choose from.In terms of hardware, the device is expected to offer 6.31′′ 1.
5K LTPO screen with 120Hz refresh rate. There will be two rear cameras and those will be 50MP primary and 50MP telephoto camera (2x optical). The battery of the device is expected to be as big as 6000mAh capacity while the device weight will be 185g.
