MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Memphis Police Department said they have one person in custody after a crash that left a car hanging out of a Downtown parking garage. MPD said that officers were sent to a parking garage at Second Street and Union Avenue just before 9:30 Thursday evening for a crash.
Once there, officers found a car had driven through the sidewall barrier several stories up, and had its front wheels hanging over the street.
