Turki Alalshikh has told Oleksandr Usyk he has "wasted time" filming an upcoming movie with WWE legend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson ahead of his huge showdown with Tyson Fury . Usyk has worked with Johnson on his new film The Smashing Machine, which tells the story of MMA icon Mark Kerr after his extraordinary career in the UFC that saw him dominate his opponents. Johnson is set to play the role of Kerr in the biopic, while Usyk will make his film debut by depicting Kerr's old MMA rival Igor Vovchanchyn, with fans set to be treated to some epic action between the pair.

Vovchanchyn is Ukrainian, just like Usyk, and fought Kerr twice, in 1999 and again in 2000 and while on a video call with Al al-Shiekh , Usyk was teased by the Saudi boxing chief over his involvement in the movie - as well as his passion for dancing during his training camps. Alalshikh said: "[Fury] have a lot of mistakes in the first fight, now he knows his mistake in his corner. Now it will be hard.

No dancing anymore! Let's see. You are wasting time by shooting a movie with the rock and you are wasting time dancing. Let's see, let's see.

" Usyk replied: "Hey my friend, I'm not resting. After the fight, I go to my gym. I prepare every time," before Fury insisted he would defeat his rival and bring the belts back to the UK - leading to laughter from the Ukrainian.

Actor Johnson had nothing but praise for Usyk after the announcement he would be joining the cast of The Smashing Machine, with a statement on social media. "Don’t break my jaw champ. An honour to have the newly crowned Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the World Oleksandr Usyk join our cast of 'The Smashing Machine'.

Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk are set to lock horns again on December 21 with the Brit attempting to avenge his defeat by the Ukrainian in May. Victory for Fury could also set up a huge domestic showdown with bitter rival Anthony Joshua next year "Usyk will play the role of Igor Vovchanchyn - the real life Ukrainian MMA legend who had legendary fights during the extreme no holds barred era of Mixed Martial Arts and one historic fight against the Smashing Machine himself, Mark Kerr. I have huge respect for Oleksandr Usyk and [it] will be my honor to share the ring with him - as he knocks my jaw into next week.

Looking forward to working with you my brother." Usyk doesn't have a huge knockout rate in his career since stepping up to heavyweight - only securing one stoppage against Daniel Dubois in six fights. He has vowed to stop Fury this time around though after a split decision victory over the Gypsy King last year.

He told MailSport: "Against Fury, it wasn't me who decided this - it was the heavenly virtues who decided this was the way I would win [decision not KO]. But, if I have an opportunity to knock out Tyson Fury in the rematch, I will take it.".
