Old sailing club building catches fire next to popular pub in Brightlingsea

Many residents watched on today as a fire broke out by Brightlingsea Marina at an old sailing club building. The University Community Sailing Club building, located next to the Yachtsman Arms pub on Waterside caught fire, with the fire not thought to be as bad as first feared. Fire crews reportedly managed to tackle the blaze and get it under control within a short period of time.
