David Moyes has not gotten too much wrong since he returned to Everton.The Scotsman has led the Blues on a remarkable run in which they have lost just one of their last 11 Premier League matches. There is little to play for in terms of league position, but Moyes will be hoping his side can build momentum ahead of a potentially transformational summer.

Nottingham Forest31+1457Forest are in an incredible position.With the right investment in the playing squad, there is no reason why the Merseysiders cannot do the same, especially given the impressive run that they have been on lately under Moyes.Perhaps a Conference League or Europa League spot is more realistic and that is where the Toffees should be aiming to be at the moment, if they can make the correct moves in the market to bolster the squad.

The reaction from the talkSPORT pundit is completely over the top. Moyes clearly has confidence in the new owners and he should be allowed to imagine the best possible scenario given the years of misery that the Goodison Park faithful has had to endure. Hopefully the Blues can get back to where they belong, in the upper echelons of the top flight rather than in a relegation struggle next season.
