An office building will be turned into 52 flats under approved plans.

An office building will be turned into 52 flats under approved plans. A mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom flats are set to be delivered by Westmede Properties at Preece House in Davigdor Road, Hove. A total of 32 parking spaces will also be available under the plans, including 31 in a surface car park and one space in a basement car park.

The site is next door to Montefiore Hospital and opposite the St Mary and St Abraam Coptic Orthodox Church.
