Summer nights in Orange County are about to get even better as OC Parks brings back its annual Summer Concert Series, featuring nine free outdoor concerts at some of the county’s most picturesque parks. Taking place on Thursday evenings from June 19 to Aug. 21, this tradition invites music lovers of all ages to enjoy live performances under the stars.
Concerts will be held at Mile Square Regional Park in Fountain Valley, Mason Regional Park in Irvine, Craig Regional Park in Brea, Irvine Regional Park in Orange, and Bluff Park at Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point. This year’s lineup offers a mix of Grammy-winning acts, tribute bands, and high-energy performances spanning rock, pop, country, and Latin music.“We’re excited to continue this wonderful summer tradition for the community to enjoy with their families,” said Chair Doug Chaffee, Orange County Board of Supervisors, in a recent press release.
The concert series is free to attend and open to all ages. Guests can enjoy a variety of food truck options and a beer and wine garden for those 21 and older. Attendees are also welcome to bring their own picnic items, blankets, and chairs.
Doors open at 5 p.m., with live music kicking off at 6 p.
m. and wrapping up by 8 p.m.
