OASIS fans are furious this morning as they desperately try and get tickets through a special ballot. Those who missed out on tickets in the initial sale for 17 stadium dates next summer are eligible for a ballot for two additional Wembley shows taking place in September 2025. However, there was disappointment today as some eager fans appeared to be left out of the draw altogether, despite meeting the invitation-only criteria.
One person said: "I sat in that queue on the 31st on Ticketmaster for 8 hrs...
But haven't received an invite to this ballot - gutted." Another wrote: "I was in the queue for 7 hours and so was my bf and we still have not received a private invite to the ballot. What is going on? Why haven’t we received one??" A third shared: "Queued the whole day on Saturday for tickets on Ticketmaster with no luck.

" READ MORE ON OASIS A fourth vented: "So I registered for the presale ballot. Logged on last Saturday and queued for 8 hours for you to kick me out when I was finally able to buy 4 tickets. "Now I don’t get recognised as a valid customer for the September ballot.
Shower of muck and a kick in the teeth to old fans." The ballot idea came as the result of millions of fans missing out on reunion tickets at the first time of asking. There was also anger over the use of dynamic pricing on Ticketmaster that saw some tickets more than double in price to £355 when fans finally made it through a lengthy queue.
Most read in Showbiz Ballot terms were clearly set out online with fans told only those who "signed into their Ticketmaster UK account on Saturday, August 31 and joined an event specific queue to purchase tickets, but were not successful in completing an order" were eligible. In addition fans had to be registered on Oasismynet. The sign-up process ended at midnight last night.
All ballot codes will be distributed before 9pm on September 13 and ticket sales will be limited to two per person. An insider told us last week: "Noel and Liam understand people are upset and they want to make it as fair as possible. "Naturally people will be disappointed and they are doing everything they can to temper that.
" The Sun reported how Noel Gallagher , 57, and brother Liam, 51, were keen to put on more shows to satisfy demand. A source said: “As soon as the 17 dates sold out Noel and Liam said they wanted to put on more concerts. “They will announce two more Wembley shows - and are hoping to work out dates for even more shows.
“They were stunned by the demand for tickets and want to give back to their fans as much as they can.” Those close to the band said Noel and Liam wanted a fairer system in place - though Liam has since bluntly told complaining fans on X to "shut up". A source added: “Liam is getting the brunt of the backlash and is being called out by fans.
“Noel and Liam have discussed what has happened and have asked their teams to see if they can change the Ticketmaster policy. “They want to look after their fans and get as many of them to their concerts as they can - for the price they marketed the tickets at. “They have been cracking down on touts and want to make sure people aren’t being ripped off.
” Following last week's sale, Ticketmaster has been referred to the Competition and Markets Authority over its handling of the reunion. READ MORE SUN STORIES The Advertising Standards Authority said it has had 450 complaints from fans over “misleading claims on availability and pricing” on Ticketmaster ads. PM Sir Keir Starmer said the ticket system needed shaking up.
He said: “This is really important because this isn’t just an Oasis problem. We’ll make sure tickets are available at a price people can afford.”.
