supercomputers —Summit and Frontier—to pursue its mission of accelerating scientific discovery and advancement in engineering. One of OLCP’s projects for its Quantum Computing User Program involved comparing and validating the performance of 24 quantum computers offered by companies such as IBM, Quantinuum and Rigetti..
