Today's NYT Strands hints and answers Looking for Saturday’s Strands hints, spangram and answers? You can find them here: Sunday is a great day to sit around and do nothing, but I already used my “do-nothing-all-day” card on Friday this week. So I guess it’s all work and no play for me, but not before we solve today’s Strands! Strands is the newest game in the New York Times’ stable of puzzle games. It’s a fun twist on classic word search games.

Every day we’re given a new theme and then tasked with uncovering all the words on the grid that fit that theme, including a spangram that spans two sides of the board. One of these words is the spangram which crosses from one side of the grid to another and reveals even more about the day’s theme. Spoilers ahead.

Today, I’ll give you a hint for the grid as a whole, and then hints for each word you need to find, because these are really tough words! Today’s Theme: Sleep tight FEATURED | Frase By Forbes TM Unscramble The Anagram To Reveal The Phrase Pinpoint By Linkedin Guess The Category Queens By Linkedin Crown Each Region Crossclimb By Linkedin Unlock A Trivia Ladder Hint : Things you do before you go to bed. Clue: Or things you wear. Here are the first two letters of each of today’s words: If you grind your teeth If your partner snores If you’re bothered by light If you have a hard time going to sleep If you need to clear your mind to relax Remember, spoilers ahead! Today’s spangram is: BEDTIME Here’s the full list of words: MOUTHGUARD EARPLUGS MASK MELATONIN MEDITATION Here’s the completed Strands grid: Today's Strands This one was really difficult for me for some reason.

Maybe I’m underslept. The easiest word on here was MASK followed closely by the spangram, BEDTIME. The others were really tricky, mostly because they were all pretty long words.

After much unscrambling, I finally found MOUTHGUARD and EARPLUGS, but even then, it was tricky to uncover MELATONIN and MEDITATION. This was one exhausting bedtime routine!
