STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Three men and a woman in their 20s were arrested after police allege a high-capacity magazine and bullets were seized during a car stop in Tompkinsville.

Authorities allege that one defendant resisted arrest and tried to prevent police from confiscating a cell phone. The criminal complaint alleges that Reginald Hargrove, 23, was driving a black, 2009 BMW 750i at 8:35 p.m.



on March 19 in the vicinity of Bay and Grant streets. Rahmel Hargrove, 20, was in the front passenger seat and Ray-Mon Hargrove, 20, and Ariah Joyner, 20, were in the back seat. Arrests on SILive.
