NWS confirms EF-2 tornado touched down in Bartholomew County | Live Doppler 13 Weather Blog

A tornado produced EF-2 damage with winds over 100 mph just south of Columbus.

INDIANAPOLIS — The National Weather Service has investigated damage in Bartholomew County and found EF-2 damage with the strongest winds estimated at 112 mph. The path of this tornado was 13 miles long. We expect additional information to come from the NWS as they continue to survey several areas of damage across central Indiana from Wednesday night.
