John Ntim Fordjour has broken silence on why he abruptly exited the Newsfile studio on JoyNews during a heated debate with the Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress Sammy Gyamfi, over recent allegations of drug trafficking involving a foreign aircraft.

In a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Rev. Fordjour accused the show’s host, Samson Anyenyini, of reading out what he described as “fabricated smear messages” on live television—messages he insists were not sent by viewers. “ Samson Ayenini, your producer has denied sending you those ‘fabricated messages’.
