The Prosperity Boys halted their winless run with a 1-0 victory over Rivers United at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt on Sunday. Bosso urged the fans to be patient with the team.
“We will continue to do our best for the team, before and after the match the commissioner has called me and encouraged me that they will bear with us but was surprised when we saw him in the second half of the game,” Bosso stated in a post-match interview. “He has seen things himself, we want the fans to be patient with the team this is a team with youthful players which really helped us in the win over Rivers United. “Bayelsa United is a work in progress and we will continue to work to get things right.
