Beautiful autumn weather is expected again on Wednesday, but a north breeze will develop in some spots after sunset. Tuesday night will be clear with light winds. Valley temperatures will drop into the upper 40s in most spots.

Wednesday will be sunny and pleasant with light winds for much of the day. Downtown Sacramento's high temperature will once again be around 80 degrees. Foothills communities will reach the mid 70s.

Temperatures around Lake Tahoe will peak in the mid to upper 60s. A north breeze will begin to develop in parts of the Sacramento Valley Wednesday night. The strongest winds are expected on the west side of the valley in places including Vacaville, Winters and Colusa.

These areas could see wind gusts between 25 and 30 mph through Thursday morning. Winds in Sacramento will generally stay below 20 mph. This round of breezy conditions will not be as strong as what many experienced last week and it won't last as long.

Humidity levels will also stay higher compared to last week, which is a good thing when it comes to the wildfire risk. Winds will be light again for all by Thursday afternoon. Quiet weather is expected through Saturday.

Clouds and an onshore breeze will increase on Sunday with a couple showers possible after sunset..
