The Young'uns, a renowned North East folk trio, are set to perform in Brighton as part of their 2025 UK tour. The group, consisting of Sean Cooney, Michael Hughes, and David Eagle, are celebrating 20 years of performing together. The tour will coincide with each member's 40th birthday.

The Young'uns, who began their musical journey in 2003 in Stockton-on-Tees, have since become a staple in the UK folk music scene. They have won three BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and performed at Glastonbury Festival. Their narrative songs, often socially conscious, have resonated with audiences worldwide.

Sean Cooney said: "It’s been quite a journey. "From the back room of a pub in Stockton to the Albert Hall. "We’ll be paying tribute to the singers who’ve inspired us and the songs that have taken us around the world and back.
