ISLAMABAD - Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazal) yesterday warned that no discrimination against smaller provinces will be tolerated. Senior JUI-F leader Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari appreciated the party’s Sindh leadership for organizing successful protests across the province, highlighting the growing frustration among smaller provinces over issues of inequality and resource distribution. In a statement, Maulana Haidari praised the spirit and unity displayed during the demonstrations and reaffirmed JUI-F’s commitment to raising its voice for the rights of marginalized regions.

“Injustices against the smaller provinces must be addressed,” he said, calling for urgent measures to rectify decades of neglect and exploitation. The JUI-F leader opposed what he described as the continued monopolization of Sindh’s water and Balochistan’s natural resources. “We do not accept any form of control over our provinces’ rightful share in resources,” Haidari said, adding the “JUI-F is the only political force capable of leading the country out of its current crises, citing the party’s grassroots presence and history of peaceful struggle.



” US team due in Islamabad tomorrow to advance interests The JUI-F has recently intensified its activism across Sindh and Balochistan, where grievances over resource allocation, political autonomy, and infrastructure neglect have fuelled public anger. The protests come amid rising inflation and discontent over what many see as unequal treatment by federal authorities. Maulana Haidari also expressed his full support for the ongoing sit-in protest led by Balochistan National Party (BNP) leader Sardar Akhtar Mengal, emphasizing solidarity with all movements striving for justice.
