The Chairman of the club, Engr Auwal Gotal stated this during a meeting with the players and the technical crew in Bauchi. Gotal emphasized the importance of unity and commitment towards gaining promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League(NPFL) next season.

‘It is important to remind ourselves that we have a very important task ahead of us and I believe with total commitment, discipline, and respect for rules and guiding principles, we will achieve our aim,” Gotal stated in his address. “The journey back to the top starts now,together, we rise.” Wikki Tourists will square up with Kebbi United in their opening fixture of the new season.
