NIO’s sales continue to grow. The company had 15,039 sales (deliveries) in March 2025. That’s 26.
7% more than in March 2024. 10,219 of those deliveries were NIO brand vehicles, while the remaining 4,820 deliveries were ONVO brand vehicles. NIO brand vehicles are “premium smart electric vehicles,” while ONVO brand vehicles are “family-oriented smart electric vehicles.
” Here’s a nice monthly comparison chart year over year from NIO: Here’s a long-term chart of NIO’s monthly deliveries since January 2020 (and an interactive version of it is on the bottom of this article): Overall, NIO sold 42,094 vehicles in the 1st quarter of 2025, which is a 40.1% increase compared to the 1st quarter of 2024 (hence the headline above). Again, here’s a long-term chart of NIO’s quarterly deliveries, starting in Q1 2020, and it’s easier to compare quarters year over year in the interactive version of this chart on the bottom of the article: NIO’s cumulative vehicle deliveries reached 713,658 by March 31, 2025.
