Nintendo has reportedly shut down the open-source Nintendo Switch emulator Ryujinx after contacting its founder, GDKChan, to stop the project.

Nintendo has reportedly shut down the Nintendo Switch emulator Ryujinx. According to a post shared by Ryujinx (@RyujinxEmu) on October 2, 2024, Nintendo contacted GDKChan, the Founder of Ryujinx, to stop the project. The post mentioned, "gdkchan was contacted by Nintendo and offered an agreement to stop working on the project.
