Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia returns to her Khatron Ke Khiladi workout regime: “The journey never stops—it only evolves”

“Fitness, for me, has always been about challenging myself,” the actress says.After her stint in Khatron Ke Khiladi, actress Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia has resumed her workout regime which she had originally taken up while preparing for the reality competition program.Nimrit’s fitness routine has been consistently documented on her social media, showing her preparation before the show and her regular workouts afterward. Even after Khatron Ke Khiladi, she continued her fitness journey, believing that fitness is not just about a project but a way of life. Nimrit is returning to the training she followed during and before the filming of the show, including kickboxing, agility drills, strength training, and intermediate-level MMA.Speaking about her mindset for the coming year, Nimrit shares, "Fitness, for me, has always been about challenging myself. Khatron Ke Khiladi pushed me to break my own boundaries, and I want to carry that spirit forward. In 2025, I’m setting the bar even higher and taking on newer fitness challenges. This year’s goal is to hit 100Kg Deadlift & Body Weight Squats for me. I have also incorporated Pilates in my routine now.”She added, “The journey never stops—it only evolves, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me next. The fitness regime I followed for KKK was intense and I’m using that knowledge to reconnect to a disciplined approach. I want to go back to this regime and excel further at that.”
