In addition, Nikki and Artem "decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively co-parent their son," the spokesperson said.
In August, Artem, 42, was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence following a confrontation with Nikki at their Northern California home. Prosecutors ultimately dropped the charge , with the Dancing With the Stars alum telling E! News in September that he was "incredibly relieved and grateful" the legal saga had come to an end. The WWE Hall of Famer had filed for divorce from Artem in September , listing the day of his arrest as their official date of separation in court documents.
Nikki had also sought a temporary restraining order against Artem, alleging he attacked her prior to his arrest. In a filing responding to her restraining order request, Artem alleged that Nikki was the aggressor in the situation. "Nikki's No.
