Here are some comments gathered by DAILY POST from X: @olusegun04, “I understand there was nothing to play for as we’ve qualified for the afcon coming up in Morocco. But at least you could play a draw with good entertaining football, defeat will certainly affect our fifa rankings.” @Oladapomikky1, “The Victor Boniface we watched today is different from the one playing for Bayern Leverkusen.

Finally...

. Get a foreign Manager simple as ABC @Agoziem_Midas, “No you’re not. Get a proper coach and let this team play proper football for once! For how long are Nigerians going to be subjected to the punishment of watching the rubbish football the Super Eagles have been playing in recent years?” @udomndi, “Get a competent coach.

Almost a year since the last AFCON and we are still doing interim. Eguavoen has done his best and we appreciate that. Like 2006, 2021 AFCONs and 2022 WC qualifiers we’ve seen his best is not good enough.

” @bigdammy, ” Collect our green white green jersey from BoniFACE. Striker wet no sabi how to FACE goal post – Drop Ihenacho, he has nothing more to offer – improve on deadball – sort out creativity in the midfield – play Simon more – Chukwueze is magnificent – Ekong is old and slow.” @Oriyomi0930, “Boniface no be national team player.

.. if Eguavoen doesn’t know this then he is not a good coach.

” @BetPark0, “Ball for club, play trash for country. Use|ess players.” @OfficialJoel4, “Keep your head high.

Great spirit from everyone.” @skoutwatch, “Great job so far, Super Eagles. You will bounce back stronger.
