The news of his death was confirmed to TMZ on Saturday by attorney John Sloss - who is the head of the firm Sloss Law that represented the actor. However, additional details surrounding Katt's passing as well as a cause of death have yet to be disclosed. The late actor began his career in the entertainment industry when he was a child - and would eventually take on a number of villainous roles such as in A Time To Kill (1996).
He also portrayed the role of Clint Bruno in Richard Linklater's coming-of-age comedy Dazed And Confused (1993) which starred Matthew McConaughey , Parker Posey and Ben Affleck . Over the years he worked alongside a number of other celebrities such as George Clooney , Whoopi Goldberg , Meryl Streep , Alicia Silverstone and Renee Zellweger .
