Former Alabama Crimson Tide head coach and current ESPN analyst Nick Saban has been vocal about his opinion of a couple of powerhouse programs this season while revealing his predictions for big-time matchups on "College GameDay." In Week 4, Saban shared his take on the Utah Utes versus Oklahoma State Cowboys matchup. Utah quarterback Cam Rising is questionable to play in the game, which may deter some people from picking the favored Utes.

One of those individuals was Saban. He believes the Cowboys will be ready for Rising or his backup, Isaac Wilson. Saban mentioned that he has major respect for Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy.

Gordon has posted four touchdowns and 216 rushing yards so far this season. His biggest matchup came in Week 1 against South Dakota State, recording three touchdowns and 126 yards. Bowman has had a solid showing in 2024 as well.

He's produced eight touchdowns and 967 passing yards for the Cowboys, averaging 8.6 yards per completion. Given the experience behind Bowman, Gordon, and Gundy on the sideline, Saban believes the Cowboys will overtake the Utes at home.
