Kay Adams is seen by millions of people on social media, FanDuel TV and YouTube every week, so when she says she might be changing up her appearance, you know it's something worth noting. On Saturday, Adams hinted at a possible new look in a comment to a follower on X/Twitter. The man had shared a video flashback from May 13, 2022, Adams' final day as a host of NFL Network's Good Morning Football .
"It’s been 861 days since you left . How you feeling ? In life @heykayadams ," the tweeter asked. "I feel like I wanna dye my hair lighter again," Adams responded .

In the video above from over two years ago, the 38-year-old broadcaster clearly has blonde highlights. Now we'll have to see what Adams looks like in the coming days and weeks.
This week, Adams addressed the viral rumors that she's dating New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones, which stemmed from her jokingly telling Giants right tackle Jermaine Eluemenor to "go protect my boyfriend" at the end of a recent interview. "I’m not dating Daniel Jones," Adams said . "Breaking, breaking news — I’ve met him all of two times, wish him the best.
