Scott Hanson and the Manning brothers delivered a special crossover on Monday night. Peyton and Eli Manning are covering a Week 7 matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and Tampa Bay Buccaneers on their ESPN2 broadcast. However, ESPN+ is also exclusively streaming an extra Monday night matchup between the Los Angeles Chargers and Arizona Cardinals.

Hanson kept ManningCast viewers informed about that game. Throughout the evening, the Mannings welcomed the NFL RedZone host to deliver Red Zone Alerts. Hanson delivered the updates the same way he would when guiding fans through seven hours of commercial-free football on Sunday.

Despite spending all Sunday listening to him, fans enjoyed seeing Hanson again on Monday night. David Becker/Getty Images "Scott Hanson giving Chargers/Cardinals updates on the Manningcast is an incredible bit," a fan wrote . "Was so confused," a fan said .

"Wasn’t really paying attention to ManningCast and all of sudden Scott Hanson was on my TV. Had to check what day of the week it was." "Scott Hanson giving updates on the ManningCast is perfect!" a fan declared .

"Every sport needs a Scott Hanson," a fan wrote . "Dude genuinely loves the game and brings the energy!" Hanson had no touchdowns to report in the first quarter. However, he showed Cardinals cornerback Starling Thomas V stripping Jalen Reagor of the football right before he could cross the end zone for a turnover and touchback.

Cameron Dicker put the Chargers on the board with a 59-yard field goal early in the second quarter. Let's hope both teams pick up the offense so the Mannings have more opportunities to utilize Hanson. Related: NFL RedZone Host Apologizes For His Tom Brady Comment.
