In December that year, Tagovailoa suffered a grade 3 concussion that sidelined him for the rest of the season. Many urged Tagovailoa to retire from football after his injury earlier this season.
However, the fifth overall pick in 2020 came back in a loss to Arizona on Oct. 27. The quarterback also geared up for another loss to Buffalo on Nov.
