Although Christmas jumper day has come and gone for 2024, we're still fully embracing the fair isle, sparkles and cosy knitwear well in 2025, and one jumper that shoppers and us are loving is the Next Red Fairisle Pattern Knitted Christmas Jumper . Not only is it gorgeously Christmassy, in a subtle way with its snowflake pattern, but it's been crafted in the colour of the season: burgundy. Available in sizes XS to XL, the £39 jumper has been made with a cable knit stitching and comes with a striped hemline at cuffs that compliments the shoulder's fairisle pattern nicely while adding a bit of variation.
The crewneck collar makes it easy to wear a scarf - its matching one, £24, is here - while the dropped shoulder sleeves make it stylish and cosy. We'd style it with some dark blue jeans and our favourite boots or even dressed up with a satin skirt. Made with acrylic and elastane, it has some stretch, making it fab for layering (even more so with its slightly relaxed fit). Measuring at 192cm in length and 28cm in width, it's a chic addition to any winter wardrobe.
While it's relatively new to the site, the jumper has already received a slew of glowing reviews, one of which said: "It's a lovely jumper warm and comfortable and not too flashy." Another marvelled: "Love this Christmas jumper to match the fabulous scarf, great knit, fabulous colour - overall great item." Calling it 'stunning' and 'well made' a third happy Next fan added: " This is a stunning, well made jumper.

While others loved how much lighter in weight it was than expected, some shoppers found the jumper a little on the 'boxy' side and didn't have tight enough cuffs on the sleeves.
One said: "Although the sleeves are ribbed at the wrists, they are not close fitting and may be a little too wide for some people. If I find the too much I'll probably find away to borrow them." Another suggestion they made was "I would recommend & I would buy again, if next produced other colours.

With this make up that does mean it's a little more in price at £195, but its 4.9 star rating proves its quality, with one shopper raving: "Already have this is another colour. Always get loads of compliments on style.
Neckline suits me as not too tight. Slight flare disguises any monthly bloating." Alternatively, Nobody's Child's Pink Fair Isle jumper is a popular choice amongst fashion buffs - even more so as it's on sale for £52 down from £105.
