Three people have been arrested in connection with the murders of 18 people in Lusikisiki, Eastern Cape, Police Minister Senzo Mchunu confirmed on Sunday. Mchunu made the announcement during a memorial service for the 18 victims, who were shot and killed in Ngobozana Village, Lusikisiki, on 28 September.
