Judith Poller will represent the rocker at this month's hearings in New York after his former lover, Liza Ghorbani, requested an increase in payments for their daughter Gemma, who is 12. Ghorbani is a journalist who interviewed Gallagher in 2010, leading to a brief affair and the birth of Gemma in 2013. The singer, who has not met Gemma, reached an agreement on maintenance payments a decade ago but The Sun on Sunday revealed last month that Ghorbani is now seeking an increase. Ghorbani's case will be heard by Judge Jeffrey Pearlman in the New York Supreme Court on 16 April.
