South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun delivered an emotional speech at a press conference on Monday, vehemently denying allegations that he dated actress Kim Sae-ron when she was a minor. “I can’t admit to something I didn’t do,” the 37-year-old said through tears, addressing the controversy that has rocked the Korean entertainment industry since Kim Sae-ron’s apparent suicide in February. At the press conference, Kim Soo-hyun accused Kim Sae-ron’s family and Garosero Research Institute, the YouTube channel behind exposing the underage dating scandal, of manipulating chat records, stating he has submitted evidence to relevant authorities for verification and urged Sae-ron’s family to do the same.

Now, Garosero Research Institute’s Kim Se-ui has leaked more chats and photos to refute the claim. A screenshot of a message from Sae-ron to Soo-hyun, which Kim Se-ui claims was sent on April 13, 2018, reads, “Oppa, when you miss me and need me, you keep in touch with me without a problem, but when I need you, you’re always MIA (missing). It bothers me that I can’t get in contact with you, and it’s inconvenient.

That’s not all; two new photos of Soo-hyun were leaked, one of which is said to have been taken by Kim Sae-ron in September 2017, when she was merely in 10th grade.
