With Easter fast approaching, Newham residents will see several changes to their usual bin collection days. This year, Easter Sunday lands on April 20, meaning the bank holidays for Good Friday and Easter Monday will fall on April 18 and April 21 respectively. Newham residents can expect to be impacted by the changes over the next two weeks, and should check their revised bin collection dates to ensure their waste is taken away on the right day.
Newham Council has already shared the revised bin collection dates online, which will impact residents from Saturday, April 12 to Saturday, April 26. The Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) has compiled a list of the updated bin collection dates below. Week 1 Week 2 Bin collection dates are also subject to change in Newham during the May Bank Holidays, which are on May 5 and May 26 this year - though there isn't currently any more information online for this period.
