A new website has been launched to promote things to do in Gosport. The Discover Gosport website was launched by Gosport Borough Council to promote local businesses and attractions. It features information about Easter holiday days out, award-winning local businesses, and more.
The website also includes information about places to visit, things to do, and upcoming events. It is hoped that the website will become a community resource for local information to help people find out what is going on in their area and how they can support local businesses. The redesign was recently completed as part of a Government-funded programme to help improve digital information and services in the borough, to boost the local economy.
Councillor Peter Chegwyn, leader of Gosport Borough Council, said: "Gosport has so much going on across the borough, and the Discover Gosport website will bring it all together. "Residents and visitors will be able to find out what's going on and where to go.".
