New video of Waterbury house fire where man allegedly held captive

CNN has obtained previously unseen body camera footage of police in Waterbury, Connecticut, responding to the scene of a February 17th house fire and questioning Kimberly Sullivan, who is accused of holding her stepson captive in the home for over 20 years. Sullivan was arrested on charges including assault, kidnapping and cruelty. She pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released on bond.
