One of the biggest releases of the entire month is the highly-anticipated second season of Max’s The Last of Us , which sees Pedro Pascal back in a post-apocalytpic, collapsing society. Then there’s the more grounded-in-reality story of Your Friends and Neighbors , a new Apple TV+ Original series starring Jon Hamm as a down-on-his-luck man who turns to illegal activities to support his family.
For a bit more levity to brighten up even the April showers outside, look no further than Doctor Who : Season 2 on Disney+, which will introduce fresh and fantastic adventures for Ncuti Gatwa’s titular alien Doctor. New Movies & Shows To Stream This Weekend: Pedro Pascal, Bella Ramsey, Kaitlyn Dever, Gabriel Luna, Rutina Wesley, and Young Mazino look to lead the way in Max’s The Last of Us : Season 2, which premieres on the platform at the end of this weekend.
