Vitella Care, supported by BCBS, is opening its third North Dakota clinic in West Fargo on Monday.

WEST FARGO — A new health care option is coming to the growing West Fargo community. Vitella Care is set to open Monday near the West Fargo Animal Hospital on 13th Avenue East, offering primary care with an emphasis on whole-person wellness. The clinic will provide a wide range of services, including preventive care, regular check-ups and mental health support.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota partnered to help launch the facility as part of its effort to provide more affordable care across the state. “We're very excited, we think the patient-centric model really simplifies health care for folks. Health care can be complex and stressful, so I think it's a great offering for our members,” said Lacey Bergh, senior vice president of health delivery at BCBS of North Dakota.

This is Vitella Care’s third North Dakota location, joining clinics in Minot and Grand Forks. “We think it's important that our providers have a relationship with the people they're going to serve in the community, and that we're looking at them in a holistic fashion,” said Dr. Stephen Ezeji-Okoye, chief medical officer at Crossover Health, which operates the Vitella brand.

“We really want to be focused on what does it take to make people healthy, to really help them have their best life.” The clinic is available to individuals with eligible plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota..
