New nightlife venue opens ahead of Sinulog Festival

CEBU’s nightlife scene is set to thrive with a significant boost as a group of local and foreign investors make their largest investment yet in the city. The investors have unveiled Social Park Avenue, a vibrant new hotspot situated on a 1,000-square-meter property at Mango Square Upper/Lower Plaza on Gen. Maxilom Ave.

in Cebu City. This new nightlife destination can accommodate up to 1,000 guests. Social Park Avenue is part of the Park Social chain of restobars owned and operated by LNY Inc.



The company has secured a 15-year lease agreement and employed around 100 workers. The launch coincides with Cebu’s month-long Sinulog Festival, which is expected to attract over three million guests, both local and international. Phillip Yieh, director of LNY Inc.

” The expansion of Social Park Avenue builds on the success of Park Social Ayala Center Cebu. Yieh mentioned that, depending on market reception, they plan to extend the brand to Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue cities. “We believe in the Philippines.

We believe in Cebu. Cebu is on an upward trajectory. I wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes the number one destination for relocation,” he added, highlighting that the Park Social chain has already established itself as a popular nightlife destination for both locals and foreigners.

Social Park Avenue offers four distinct areas tailored for various experiences. It features the beer park, an al fresco garden for casual gatherings; the main dining hall, which serves a variety of food and drinks; the upper view deck, that offers panoramic views of Cebu City; and the VIP room, an exclusive, air-conditioned space for private events. Additionally, Yieh emphasized that Social Park Avenue is designed not only as a premier nightlife destination but also as a versatile venue for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions.
