National multifamily developer Wood Partners is expanding its presence with a new project in southwest Atlanta.The project called Altera Ben Hill is part of the developer’s new attainable housing initiative, designed to offer “upscale living at cost-effective rates.”Altera Ben Hill will be a 236-unit community featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans.
It will be located near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Amenities are expected to include a clubroom, a coworking space, day offices, a fitness center, a pool and a dog park.The project is one of several that Wood Partners has in the pipeline in the Southeast.
Palmetto is a 246-unit, four-story development in Palmetto, Florida, featuring a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment layouts. In Nashville, Gallatin spans 35 acres and features 372 rental units and 5,000 square feet of commercial space. Gallatin broke ground in February, with the first units expected to be delivered by spring 2026.
