The new Honda Amaze will come with advanced, upmarket and premium features with most of them being borrowed from the Elevate SUV Honda Cars India is all set to launch the new-gen Amaze sedan on December 4, 2024, in the Indian market. The Japanese automaker recently released the official design sketches of the new model ahead of its debut. Being designed at Honda R&D Asia Pacific centre in Thailand, the new-gen Honda Amaze will borrow as many as 10 features from the Elevate SUV.

Here in this piece, we have listed all the 10 features that the new sedan will source from its SUV sibling. 1. Touchscreen infotainment system The new-gen Honda Amaze will be offered with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

It will be a direct lift-off from the Elevate SUV. The ongoing model of the sedan is sold with a smaller 7-inch touchscreen infotainment unit. 2.

Instrument Cluster The new-gen Amaze will get a 7-inch semi-digital instrument cluster, as revealed in one of the video teasers by the brand. The same unit is on offer with the Elevate SUV. Just so you know, the current-gen Honda Amaze comes with an analogue instrument console with integrated MID (multi-information display).

Music System The 2025 Amaze sedan is believed to borrow the 6-speaker audio system of the Elevate SUV as compared to the present model’s 4-speaker setup. If we talk about the segment, Tata Tigor tops the list with an 8-speaker music system.

4. Wireless Charging The new-gen Honda Amaze will offer wireless charging for smartphones. This feature comes quite handy if you are not carrying a mobile charger as it automatically charges the Smartphone if you place it in the area designated for it.

Honda Elevate is already available with this notable feature. Also Read: 4 New Cars Arriving Over The Next 2 Weeks In India – Mahindra To Honda 5. Electric Sunroof The 2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire debuted this feature in the sub-compact sedan segment.

Now, we have learnt that the new-gen Honda Amaze, taking a leaf out of Maruti’s book, will be introduced with a single-pane sunroof in the top-end variants. Honda Elevate also boasts of an electric sunroof and the same unit is likely to be offered with the Amaze. 6.

Rear AC vents The rear AC vents are a pretty useful feature in a country like India where temperatures are often high during summer. The new-gen Amaze will get this feature as almost all of its foes such as Tata Tigor, Hyundai Aura and Maruti Dzire come with it. Needless to mention, Honda Elevate already offers rear AC vents to buyers.

7. Airbags Honda will up the ante by introducing six airbags as a standard safety feature across the entire variant line-up of the new-gen Amaze. The current version of the sedan features dual front airbags only.

The Elevate gets 6-airbags as standard across the entire range. 8. Blind Spot Monitor It is not fully confirmed yet but the new-gen Amaze could borrow the Lane Watch Camera feature from the Elevate SUV.

This is a fairly innovative safety feature as it allows the driver to switch lanes with utmost safety by providing a view of the blind spots. 9. ESC The current model of the Amaze sedan is not available with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) feature.

However, the Elevate SUV comes with this feature and we believe that the new-gen Amaze could be equipped with this advanced feature. 10. ADAS Last but not least, the 2025 Honda Amaze will debut with ADAS tech that we have seen in the Elevate SUV.

The interior design sketch has already hinted towards the same. If it indeed gets the ADAS suite, then the new-gen Amaze will be the only model in its segment to have this modern safety feature..
