The automotive aftermarket parts chain Advanced Auto Parts will open a new Allentown location by the end of the year. The roughly 7,000-square-foot store will open at 4750 Tilghman St., next to the stores Ollie’s and Just Furniture.
The professional services and investment management company Colliers facilitated the lease. Vice presidents Seth Lacey and Scott Horner of the company’s Lehigh Valley team brokered the deal with landlord Tilghman Holdings LLC, which the real estate firm Markward Group represented. “The new location at Tilghman Street marks an exciting chapter for Advance Auto Parts as the company strengthens its presence in the Lehigh Valley,” Lacey said in a news release.
