There’s a meme making out like Netflix cancels everything after its first season, but Devil May Cry has performed well enough to get another run. The Netflix animated series, led by Adi Shankar – who, incidentally, appeared at a WWE event recently dressed as Dante – attracted an estimated 5.3 million views in one week.

It’s now getting a second season. While the video streaming service hasn’t shared a whole lot of information, it simply said “let’s dance” on social media, and attached a graphic confirming season two. Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft , another video game-inspired animated series, was also renewed for a second series, suggesting Netflix has struck gold with these adaptations.
