nCino to buy FullCircl for $135M in cash

nCino ( NASDAQ: NCNO ) has agreed to acquire UK-based SaaS platform FullCircl for $135M in cash. Of the purchase amount, $15M will be retained by nCino for two years following the closing of the transaction as security for the performance of certain warranties.
