National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) has reported a significant surge in automated banking machine (ABM) activity during the peak holiday period from December 17 to 25, 2024. The bank processed just under 631,000 ABM transactions, totalling $13.4 billion.
This marks a 14% increase in transaction volume and a 22% rise in cash demand compared to the same period in 2023.
