Sixers Injury Report Filled Early The Sixers face further challenges with the absence of Paul George . Their major offseason acquisition is also out due to a left knee bone bruise. Until George and Embiid return, the Sixers will continue to rely on Maxey. It is a significant responsibility for the young star; he has been feeling the defensive attention. Maxey is only shooting 34.
