Nat'l Assembly opens plenary session to vote on Yoon's impeachment motion

The National Assembly opened a plenary session Saturday to vote for the second time on whether to impeach President Yoon Suk Yeol over his botched imposition of martial law. The first attempt to impeach Yoon last Saturday failed after nearly all lawmakers from Yoon's People Power Party (PPP) boycotted the vote.
